InFlowTech Highlights New Law in "Safety First"™ Program
Changes will affect every business owner and financial manager in corporate America when law takes affect on Octrober 28, 2004.

South San Francisco, CA., October 15, 2004  --  InFlowTech, Inc., industry leader of information flow and document management strategies, today introduced a special presentation highlighting sweeping changes that will affect a large majority of financial transactions.

"The 'Check 21 Act' will affect every business owner and financial manager in Corporate America," said Vinod Kripalani, President of InFlowTech.  "We have discovered many organizations are unfamiliar with the impact this new law will have on their operations.  Even more alarming is many have failed to act proactively to protect themselves.  Ready or not, the law will be implemented on October 28th, exposing organizations to increased threats.  Our company is a unique position to assist using solutions featured in our "Safety First"™ Program to reduce or overcome those threats.

Inflowtech "Safety First" Program
The "Safety First"™ Program targets organizations currently using traditional paper-based processes lacking current security measures against the increasing threat of counterfeiting and fraud operations.  The program is introduced with a client education program and supplemented with products and methods that are proven against the threats.  Maintaining their long-standing and successful belief that technology must be part of the solution to a known business problem, InFlowTech conducts an ongoing and extensive investigation of available products and techniques before selecting those offered in their "Safety First"™ program.

InFlowTech has developed strict guidelines for evaluating products and/or programs before testing them for possible offering to clients.  Flexibility, immediate availability and scalability are "must have" requirements, in addition to other criteria included in the evaluation.

"Since 1985, our policy has been to offer only those products and services that integrate into a coordinated, affordable, progressive plan" said Kripalani.  "Our clients benefit from that policy.  We are very proud this program meets or exceeds our demands and has proven itself in recommendations to existing clients.  No client of InFlowTech has ever suffered a financial loss after implementing our recommended check fraud solutions."
