kind of company is InFlowTech?
Our company name reflects the requirements of today's competitive
environment. However, technology has always had a
profound impact on how business was conducted. Just think about
the first typewriter or adding machine, and how ongoing improvements
changed how businesses operate! Can you imagine how different
things would be if we were still using a full-key adding machine with
a hand crank?
We believe business information is created, stored,
reported, transferred and exchanged much more rapidly and efficiently
when technological tools are used to manage the flow. Does that
mean every business must employ the latest in emerging
technologies? Absolutely not!! But it does mean that any
business owner/manager that is not looking at those emerging
technologies runs the risk of losing their competitive edge in the
future.
InFlowTech strives to find the "right technological
mix" that provides the greatest return for the individual
business. In our experience, no two businesses are exactly the
same. But many have similar problems, and our experience in
providing solutions has provided us with unique insights as to how
technologies can be deployed without causing serious interruption to

How
does InFlowTech begin a relationship with us?
We start with every new contact by learning about them. After
all, we're not just selling forms, we're offering a total
"information flow" solutions. How can we provide any
solution if we first don't understand your business?
Next, we examine the basics of forms
management, because
almost all businesses use paper forms of some type. Normally, we
can provide a substantial savings in this area alone.
Utilization is one of the most important keys when reviewing
forms. How much are they used, how much is in storage, how
frequently are they changed, etc.
Then we move on to determine stock requirements, examine
how we can either combine or provide savings specific to forms
management. Once we learn your business philosophy and specific
management practices, we're better equipped to provide realistic
solutions specific to your operating environment.
This is when we start doing what we really enjoy.
Looking at emerging technologies provides us with a glimpse of where
business is headed. But usually that's "leading edge"
thinking and our normal customer base is not even close to that type
