Innovativeness is the key to ongoing business success.  We have embraced and constantly monitor the development of emerging technologies, and consider offering them only when we believe they provide a viable, cost-effective business solution. 

We cannot be innovative if we only use old tools.   While certainly we rely heavily on "tried and true" techniques that have proven their reliability over the years, we understand and aggressively pursue technological solutions.  However, our role is to recommend and provide solutions, not implement technology for profit or increased involvement. 

We believe technology has a place in business, especially when it is faster, saves money, cost-justifiable, fiscally responsible and integrates within the overall scheme of achieving strategic objectives.  The technology must be a solution to a known business objective. 

Tools for Maintaining Partnerships -
Vendor relationship are used to solve business challenges, not to create a revenue stream.   Vendor products help us to suggest several alternatives to a given situation.   Because of that, we value and make every effort to maintain partnerships, especially with vendors offering products and/or services in concert with our InFlowTech support philosophy.
