JOB TITLE: - Account Support - Inside 
- Full-Time (Part of Operations Department)
Description
of Work:

- Obtaining Quotes from vendors 
- Order Entry and Processing  
- Order Follow up Product distribution and inventory control 
- Communication with Vendors   
- Order Tracking with Freight Companies 
- Sales Reports Preparation 
- Assisting Sales Personnel

Some PC based Graphic Design and Composition

Work Hours: - Monday through Friday
- 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Salary Range: - Salary (bi-weekly pay periods)  
- Competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications

Technical
Qualifications:
Functional familiarity with:
- Windows based PC’s
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint, etc.) 
- Internet and Electronic Mail (e-Mail) 
- Graphics Program knowledge a plus (e.g. PhotoShop/Illustrator)
- General office equipment  
  (i.e. copier, fax machine, voice mail, etc.) 
- Business forms knowledge a plus 
Required
Qualifications:
Academic Achievements:
- High School Diploma (College degree - a plus!!) 
Work Experience:
- Ability to communicate effectively—verbal and written skills required
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be organized, neat and detail-oriented 
- Must be able to understand and communicate in English 
- Must able to commute to and from office location
  (Downtown SF coml. bldg. 4th floor w/elevator access.)
- Be willing to learn technical aspects of Forms and Documents.
  (Full on-the-job training provided.)
- Accept and follow all personnel rules and regulations.
